Hands-on building with you from MVP to production. I own the technical side end-to-end — architecture, stack decisions, core engineering, hiring your first devs, shipping the product.

Non-technical founders with validated demand and a real product vision, who need a technical counterpart to actually build it.

Fractional CTO

Commitment

5–10 hrs / week

Compensation

Cash-heavy + advisor equity

I plug into your existing team as the senior technical voice — code reviews, architecture decisions, hiring support, unblocking tough problems, keeping quality high as you scale.

Best for

Founders with a small in-house dev team who need senior technical judgement on tap, not a full-time hire.

What you get

What I look for

→Full-time committed founders (or founding team) — not side projects

Why me

I've shipped my own SaaS (Eviro), led frontend at enterprise scale (MSD, DXC on Slovakia's national e-government platform), and spent a decade taking products from zero to production across fintech, real estate, B2B, and local services. I know what founding looks like from inside and outside.
