Local businesses live and die by their star rating — yet most bleed leads quietly. 94% of consumers skip a business after a single negative review, 69% of happy customers never leave a review unless asked, and 63% of reviews go unanswered entirely. That's a lot of preventable churn sitting in plain sight.

What I built

Eviro automates the whole review loop. It pings customers for a review after each visit, drafts AI replies in the business's tone the moment one lands, and SMS-alerts the owner within 60 seconds of any sub-3-star review so they can recover the relationship before it hurts. Supports Google, Facebook and Yelp. Weekly digests track rating movement and response analytics.
